Terms of Service

1. What the service is

NyrxBot is a bot for the Discord platform, provided free of charge. By adding the bot to your server you accept the rules below.

The service is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Discord Inc. in any way.

2. Who may use it

Using the bot requires a Discord account and meeting the minimum age set out in the Discord Terms of Service — at least 13, and more in some countries.

Only a person holding the Manage Server permission may add the bot to a server.

3. What is not allowed

• using the bot for harassment, threats, hate speech or any other unlawful activity
• circumventing technical limits, including rate limits
• deliberately loading the service in a way that disrupts it for others
• using the bot to send unsolicited promotional content
• breaching the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you put into the bot, including banned word lists, radio stream addresses and the reasons recorded for penalties.

By adding an audio stream address you declare that you are entitled to use it. We do not verify the legal status of content served by third parties.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous operation. Maintenance windows, outages, and changes to or removal of individual features may happen without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the bot, including data loss, incorrect behaviour of automatic moderation, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of information from the bot.

The above does not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally, nor any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions remain unaffected.

7. Suspension of access

We may restrict or end access to the service for a server or user that breaches these terms, in particular where the conduct threatens the stability of the service.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. Data deletion is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
